Refund policy
Last updated: 2 August 2026
Short version: if the plan is not for you, ask for your money back within 14 days of buying it and you get the full purchase price back. No form, no explanation, no questions about why.
1. The 14-day promise
You can request a full refund of the purchase price within 14 days of your purchase. We do not refuse a request made inside that window, and we do not ask you to justify it. Your access to the paid material ends when the refund is issued.
This is a promise we give voluntarily. It sits on top of your legal rights, not instead of them. Section 4 explains those.
2. How to ask
- Sign in and open your account page.
- Press the refund button.
- That is the whole process. If you would rather email, write to [email protected] and we will start it for you.
3. How long it takes
Your purchase is handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our merchant of record, so the money is paid back by Paddle rather than directly by us. That makes the refund fast but not instant.
- We submit your refund as soon as you ask. That part is not discretionary and does not wait on a review by us.
- The money is reversed automatically along the same rails you paid on, and normally reaches you within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
- We deliberately accept only payment methods that can be refunded automatically: cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Push-payment methods such as Pix and UPI cannot be reversed by the payment provider, so we do not offer them. That is why the button above is the whole process, for every buyer, with no exceptions to read about here.
4. Your statutory rights
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase. Because this is digital content delivered in full the moment you pay, we ask you at checkout to consent to immediate supply and to acknowledge that you therefore lose that statutory cancellation right. Both are shown before payment and confirmed with a tick box.
If we did not obtain that consent and acknowledgement from you, your statutory 14-day right still applies in full.
Separately, and regardless of anything above, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 entitles you to a repair, replacement or refund if the digital content is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. Nothing in this policy limits that.
5. Practice credit
- The practice runs included with your purchase are refunded as part of the purchase price. There is nothing separate to claim.
- Unused practice credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged.
6. Abuse
Where an account has been used to copy or redistribute the material, or the refund route is used repeatedly to obtain the content for free, we may decline a request. This is the only case in which we do, and we will tell you plainly that it is why.
7. Questions
Email [email protected]. We reply within 14 days and usually much sooner. Our full terms and conditions and privacy policy cover everything else.
